Privacy Policy

About this policy
This policy explains how drneeramd.com ("the site") handles information when you visit it. It covers this website only. Medical records created during your care at Dermatology & Skin Health are covered by the practice's own Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, not by this policy. See the HIPAA notice.
What we collect
- Information you choose to send. If the appointment request form is switched on, it collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, the general reason for your visit and a preferred contact time.
- Emails you send. If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- No advertising trackers. The site doesn't use advertising cookies, social-media pixels or cross-site tracking. Fonts and scripts are served from this domain.
How information is used
- To answer appointment requests and general questions
- To run, secure and improve the site
- To meet legal obligations
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who information is shared with
We share information only with service providers that help run the site, such as website hosting and, if it's switched on, the form-delivery service, and only as much as they need to provide that service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Please don't send health details online
The website form and email are for scheduling and general questions only. Please don't include diagnoses, photos of your skin, test results or other detailed health information. Share them with the care team at your visit or through the practice's established patient channels.
New Hampshire law
New Hampshire's data breach law, RSA 359-C:19–21 (opens in a new tab), requires anyone doing business in the state who owns or licenses computerized personal information to notify affected people as soon as possible if a security breach is likely to lead to misuse, and to notify the New Hampshire Attorney General. We apply reasonable safeguards that fit the small amount of information this site handles, and we would give any notice the law requires.
New Hampshire's consumer data privacy law, RSA 507-H (opens in a new tab), took effect on January 1, 2025. It applies to businesses that, in a year, process the personal data of at least 35,000 New Hampshire residents (not counting data used only to complete a payment), or of at least 10,000 residents while earning more than 25% of gross revenue from selling personal data. It also exempts HIPAA-covered entities and HIPAA-protected health information. This website handles far less data than those thresholds and never sells personal data, so we don't expect the law to apply to it. We still honor the same basic requests, described below.
Your choices and requests
Wherever you live, including Massachusetts and other states, you can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected] or use the contact page. If your state's law gives you additional privacy rights, we will honor them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, which is another reason not to send health details by email or web form.
Children
This site is meant for adults. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Last updated October 11, 2026.
